AO B.V. offers the automotive industry a unique service. This consists of an innovative customised product which can keep on being used. Together with you we are always looking for the best solution where sound insulation, of the whole or its parts, is involved. On the basis of professional tests and analysis of the results AO B.V. is able to provide you with the correct advice for significant noise reduction or absorption using the correct materials and the correct application.
On the basis of AutoCAD drawings, moulds can be made which are exactly customised for an automobile, excavator or forklift truck, to name just a few examples. The correct materials and bonding techniques are selected. AO B.V. remains responsible for the realisation of the entire project - from the first prototype to mass production and assembly instructions. The construction of individual units can then be offered as a final product. This can range from bulkhead or bonnet panels to a complete newly- designed insulation kit, for example, to suit a specific model of forklift truck. This may be necessary in the case of new legislation, or an upgrading of an existing and tested model.
